FitScore's 4 Smart Features

1. Compares According to Norms, Gives Fair Value to Everyone

Individuals of different ages and genders who take the same test are evaluated according to their own groups. This makes the comparison fair and meaningful. Two different individuals getting the same result does not mean the same thing.

Scenario: A 30-year-old woman performs 10 repetitions of a 30 kg bench press. A 50-year-old man performs 10 repetitions of 80 kg. Although the man appears stronger based on raw data, since FitScore evaluates according to age and gender norms, the female individual may perform well above the norms — in this case, her score might be higher.

2. Considers Life-Threatening Risks with Greater Weight

Vital components like heart power are represented at a higher rate in the score. For example, the heart power (maxVO₂) score affects 40% of the FitScore, while flexibility only affects 10%. This is because health risks are not equal, and FitScore knows this.

Scenario: An individual has a flexibility score of 110 and a heart power score of 70. Despite having excellent flexibility, the overall FitScore will not be high due to low heart power. This is because one of the most critical components from a health perspective gains more weight in the system.

3. Interprets Data Over Time (FitAge®)

The score an individual gets from a specific component can calculate the age capacity of that component according to age norms. For example, a 47-year-old individual may have a maxVO₂ level of 50 ml/min/kg. This analysis is possible with the FitAge® algorithm.

Scenario: The heart power graph of a 47-year-old individual extends beyond the norm limits with its high values and turns into MeMap turquoise. The system calculates that the person's heart power is at the level of a 31-year-old, based on this capacity.

4. Does Not Recognize Perfection Without Wholeness

If one or more components are below 100 points, FitScore can never exceed 100. However, when all components exceed 100, FitScore surpasses this limit. This rule highlights balance and holistic fitness.

Scenario: A user's four components are at 105 points, but one is at 98. In this case, the FitScore remains below 100. However, when all components exceed 100, the system unlocks the cap, and the score goes above 100. This shows that it is not just about being strong, but about being balanced.
