Your objective and personalized fitness score: FitSkor®
What is FitSkor®?

FitSkor® is formed by combining fitness components according to how much they contribute to your specific goal. Each FitSkor®, generated through different Fitness Check-Up protocols, provides an objective evaluation tailored to distinct populations.
FitSkor® — For Everyone, For Every Goal
Whether you're a child or an athlete…
Whether you aim to protect your health or boost your performance…
FitSkor® works for you — regardless of your age, profession, or fitness level. Because every person has different goals and unique needs.
Shaped by your age, purpose, and objectives, FitSkor® is uniquely yours — and only meaningful when it's about you.
FitSkor® is more than just a number — it’s a strategic summary.
Each component of your Fitness Check-Up protocol contributes to your FitSkor® based on its weight and relevance. This turns FitSkor® into more than just a score — it becomes a clear, prioritized map of your physical capacity.

Comparable and Understandable Evaluation
Individuals who complete the same test are evaluated using different norms based on their age and gender. This ensures that results are meaningful within each person’s unique biological and demographic context. FitSkor® delivers a fair and relevant evaluation by comparing individuals not to global averages, but to their own reference group.
ScoreSoft — our proprietary fitness evaluation software — handles complex calculations and scientifically standardizes the data. FitSkor® then simplifies these results into a score that anyone can understand. Whether you're a 20-year-old woman or a 70-year-old man, a score of 85 reflects the same level of fitness.
Red (score of 0) means you're at the lowest level for your age and gender, while green (score of 100) means you've reached your full potential. For example, a score of 50 means you've achieved 50% of your fitness potential. FitSkor® is more than an assessment — it's a guide that helps you understand where you are and where you can go.
Not All Components Contribute Equally
Not every Fitness Check-Up protocol serves the same purpose. Some are health-focused, others performance-oriented, and some are designed for professional qualifications — such as firefighters or security personnel.
FitSkor® itself does not determine which components matter more; rather, the protocol already carries those priorities. This makes the system more than just a measurement tool — it becomes a purposeful and goal-driven evaluation aligned with the intent of the protocol.
Each component contributes differently to your overall FitSkor®. In a health-focused protocol, for example:
Cardiovascular capacity may carry the most weight.
Flexibility may contribute the least.
After all, no one ever died from being a little stiff! 😄 These varying contribution levels not only influence your total score — they also create a meaningful sense of prioritization.
The larger the segment of a component, the more important it is. This prioritization helps you make the most of your time by shaping your exercise strategy: which exercises to focus on, in what order, and for how long — all guided by what your body needs most.
See How You Can Surpass Your Best
Some individuals outperform the norms of their age group in certain components.
When this happens, FitSkor® visually extends that component beyond the standard graph and highlights it in turquoise.
Turquoise doesn’t just signal a high score — it represents performance that exceeds age expectations:
In children, it reflects development beyond their peers.
In adults, it indicates physical capacity typical of a younger age group.

Holistic Meaning in FitSkor®
To achieve a FitSkor® above 100, you must demonstrate top-level performance across all components — not just one. If even a single component falls below 100, the overall FitSkor® cannot exceed it.
Such scores are typically seen in individuals who have built a strong fitness foundation and adopted exercise as a way of life. Scores above 100 are not a target, but a natural result. The system doesn't aim to push users toward that level — but it makes exceptional performance visible when it occurs.

It’s important to note that a turquoise score does not always mean superiority.
Sometimes, exceptionally high scores may signal issues that need careful interpretation. For example:
A child with a low overall FitSkor® but a flexibility score of 130 may be showing signs of hypermobility.
A young swimmer scoring over 100 in leg strength might be developing out of sequence, since proper progression in swimming prioritizes technique before strength.
For this reason, the FitSkor® of children and athletes should be interpreted by a qualified exercise professional.
