MEMAP INSTITUTION AGREEMENT

(Fitness Center - School - Sports Club)

ARTICLE 1. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT:

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations between MeMap and the Institution regarding the provision of MeMap services to be provided by Fitness Centers, Schools, and Sports Clubs (“Institution”) to their clients.

ARTICLE 2. PARTIES:

This MeMap Institution Agreement ("Agreement") is signed between _______ Inc. located at ________________________ (“Institution”) which is a member of the MeMap Platform and SCORESOFT SOLUTIONS TEKNOLOJİ A.Ş. (“Company”) located at “Çubuklu Mah. Boğaziçi Cad. No:9/1 Beykoz/ İSTANBUL”.
