Fitness Check-Up includes physical tests.
To get accurate test results you should adhere to the following guidelines.

Before Assessment

Do not consume alcohol 24 hours prior to your test

Do not do excessive exercise 24 hours prior to your test

Sleep well the night before

Do not eat 3 hours prior to testing

Do not smoke 3 hours prior to your assesment

Do not drink caffeinated beverages 3 hours prior to assessment

Remember to bring!

Exercise ECG report, if available

Remind the instructor!

After Assesment

Because the Fitness Check-Up includes physical tests,
you may experience muscle soreness for several days.
This is a harmless condition and will disappear in a short time.

You must fill out the form before you come to your appointment so that assessments can be made.
